The HSG Labs 4P is a surface measurement system combining spectral and spatial analysis for calibration and evaluation of RGB laser projectors and LED display systems.  A state-of-the-art Video-colorimeter measurement system with an integrated spectrometer and pixel calibrated camera engineered to evaluate surface illumination in mobile or fixed environments.  This integrated device incorporates a high-resolution spectroradiometer and 20-megapixel imaging sensor, enabling pixel-level measurement analysis and spectral characterization in a single unit.

A full spectral radiometric calibration of the entire sensor chain, giving very high accuracy for all sensors (single point spectrometer or camera full image analysis).

Camera Profiling Calibration

Using a single central spectrometer measurement, the 4P shifts the camera X, Y and luminance calibrated values — delivering spectrometer-grade accuracy across the full screen surface without moving the device, in a single click. This reduces multi-hour calibrations to as little as 15 minutes, and with projector integration, to seconds.

Equipped with a high-performance CPU, the 4P processes large datasets in real time, making it suitable for research, production calibration, and quality assurance workflows. The 4P contains a Linux based operating system with integrated web UI, designed for field and lab deployment, it supports Ethernet connectivity and integrates easily into automated systems through its open API and SDK support.
