Product Warranty
HSG Labs stands behind the quality and precision of every product we manufacture. All products are covered under our standard limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
HSG Labs warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
If a product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, HSG Labs will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective unit at no charge.
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Manufacturing process failures
- Component failures under normal operating conditions
- Recalibration required as a direct result of a covered manufacturing defect
Calibration Policy
Calibration services are not included under this warranty as a standalone service. However, if a covered manufacturing defect directly necessitates recalibration as part of the repair process, the required calibration will be performed at no additional charge.
Routine or scheduled calibration — regardless of reason — falls outside the scope of warranty coverage and is subject to standard service rates.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair by parties other than HSG Labs or its authorized service providers
- Damage caused by operation outside the permitted or intended uses described in product documentation
- Damage caused by improper installation or use not in accordance with product instructions
- Routine calibration, preventive maintenance, or consumable parts
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact HSG Labs technical support at support@hsg-labs.com with the following:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
- Product model and serial number
- Description of the defect or issue observed
HSG Labs reserves the right to inspect the product prior to authorizing any warranty repair or replacement.

Limitation of Liability
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY HSG LABS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HSG LABS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. HSG LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ITS PRODUCTS.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by country or jurisdiction.
Recommended Annual Calibration
To ensure optimal performance and measurement accuracy, HSG Labs recommends that all products be professionally calibrated at least once per year. Routine annual calibration is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty but is available through HSG Labs and its authorized service providers.
