Cody earned his degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2008. Over the last 13 years, he has built a wealth of experience in the cinema sector. His background spans cinema installation, technical services, support, and sales. Since joining Harkness Screens in 2015, Cody has grown into the role of Vice President for the Qalif Business Unit. Today, he leads the Qalif team in achieving strategic goals and pushing the frontiers of technology in the photonics field.

After moving from aerospace to optical measurement, Jerome has taken charge of a team of scientists and developers aiming to raise the bar in cinema standards. Based at the newly founded photonics lab in Mouans-Sartoux, he now leads HSG Labs' efforts to create an intelligent lighting environment for cinemas, driving innovation from the ground up in light-based cinema solutions.

Nicolas completed his Computer Science degree in 2007 at the University of Insubria, Italy. Since then, he has been involved in building inventive products and software, especially for the cinema world. With nearly 16 years of experience spanning software, engineering, and material science, Nico thrives in multidisciplinary work. His vision helped create a playlist-free Digital Signage system and next-gen outdoor projection screens. Since 2016, he has served as Vice President Product Development at Harkness Screens.
